S42 Starward Decade went live 16 September 2026. Official X posted the honest number we actually like: 51 diamonds. Six named Elite skins on the eight revamped heroes. That is about 90% off the 599 sticker our worth-it calculator uses. The badge is WORTH IT if you play the hero. It is still a bench if you do not.
Rows are in the Skin Database. Last updated 17 Sep 2026. We did not invent Clint’s skin name — the 51-diamond Clint post did not include one.
The six official 51-diamond skins (16–22 Sep)
Kadita “Atlantean Princess.” Paquito “Death Blow.” Badang “Ironfists.” Masha “Winter Guard.” Luo Yi “Yin-yang Mage.” Brody “Nameless Stray.” Hero matches are from the Fandom cosmetics pages, not guesswork.
Buy the one you actually lock in ranked. Six skins is not a homework list. One 51-diamond Elite you will use beats six you screenshot.
What we did not price
The same post listed Heart of the Sea, Captain of the Reefs, Dragon Armor, Oracle of Sol, Starborne Matron, and Lady Dragon as “hot on sale.” No diamond number. Those stay off the 51-diamond rows. Open the shop. If it is not 51, it is not this article.
Clint has a separate official window: 51 diamonds, up to 80% off, 16–29 Sep. Name missing from the post. The calendar card is there; the database does not fake a title.
Vale Windborne Waltz — 100 diamonds, first recharge
Any recharge unlocks the purchase. Then 100 diamonds. Fair on a top-up you were making for Starlight or the Weekly Diamond Pass. Not fair if you burn 20 diamonds of “unlock tax” for a skin you will not play.
Free board still exists: Nana “Stardust Dreamer” and Chou “Starforger’s Glory” are live anniversary claims. 0 diamonds. Do those before you fund Argus.
A two-minute shopping list
Today: one 51-diamond Elite you main. Anniversary frees. Starlight only if you will finish the month.
Not today: Argus Raiden Maru unless pity math says you already cover the exchange. Not the unnamed deluxe “hot on sale” coats. Not a first-recharge Vale if you were not topping up.
